		<description>Going by the events of Fri, 14th Aug and Malam Sanusi&#039;s interview  with FT of London the CBN Gov lied. He said a govt imposed board would be a last resort, but he imposed CEOs with mobile policemen without notice. The CBN has learnt nothing, this action will be challenged in court and certainly struck down just like the Savannah and Societe General Bank cases</description>
